TSXP57353AM由于生产上使用氢气的不均匀性，用气量是在动态变化的，有时需要同时运行数台氢压缩机供气，而有时连一台氢压缩机产的气都用不完，但氢压缩机仍在全速运行。氢压缩机在出厂时都配套有排气压力调节装置，储气罐内的氢气压力超过设定压力时，压缩机进气管上蝶阀自动关闭，压缩机进入空转卸荷状态。当储气罐内氢气低于设定的压力时，压缩机进气管上蝶阀自动开启，压缩机又进入满载工作状态。设定值有一滞环，例如设定储气罐内的氢气压力为0.815MPa，滞环为0.045MPa，这种调节方式，供气压力的变化范围就是0.045MPa。满载时，空压机的工作电流接近电动机额定电流；空转卸荷时，空压机的工作电流约为电动机额定电流的50%。这部分电流不是做有用功，而是机械在额定转速下的空转损耗。虽然这种调节装置也能调节压力，但压力的调节精度低，压力波动大；压缩机总是在额定转速下工作，机械磨损大，电耗高。

压缩机节能原理

根据空气压缩理论，压缩机的轴功率PZ(kW)、排气量QD(m3/min)和轴转速n(r/min)符合下列公式：

Mr—压缩机输入的平均扭矩N/m， K—与气缸容积、压力、温度和泄露有关的系数

n2—调节后的压缩机转速，r/min， V—气缸容积，m3

根据上述理论分析，在压缩机的气缸容积不能改变的条件下，只有调节压缩机的转速能改变排气量；压缩机是恒转矩负载，压缩机轴功率与转速成正比变化；在压缩机总排气量大于供气量时，通过降低压缩机转速调节供气压力，是达到压缩机经济运行的有效方法。
