电机方面：伺服电机的材料、结构和加工工艺要远远高于变频器驱动的交流电机（一般交流电机或恒力矩、恒功率等各类变频电机），也就是说当驱动器输出电流、电压、频率变化很快的电源时，伺服电机就能根据电源变化产生响应的动作变化，响应特性和抗过载能力远远高于变频器驱动的交流电机，电机方面的严重差异也是两者性能不同的根本。

就是说不是变频器输出不了变化那么快的电源信号，而是电机本身就反应不了，所以在变频的内部算法设定时为了保护电机做了相应的过载设定。当然即使不设定变频器的输出能力还是有限的，有些性能优良的变频器就可以直接驱动伺服电机！

变频电机和伺服电机都是电动机的一种，但是它们在结构、控制方式、应用场景等方面存在一些区别。

结构不同：变频电机通常采用异步电机或同步电机，是一种电磁感应式电动机，其转速随输入频率的变化而变化；而伺服电机通常采用永磁同步电机或直流电机，是一种由伺服控制器控制的电动机，其转速和位置可以被地控制和调节。

控制方式不同：变频电机的控制通常采用变频器，通过调节变频器的输出频率和电压，实现对电机的调速和控制；而伺服电机的控制通常采用伺服控制器，通过采集和反馈电机的位置、速度、转矩等信号，实现对电机的位置和速度控制。

应用场景不同：变频电机通常适用于需要调速和控制的场景，如风机、泵、压缩机等；而伺服电机适用于需要控制位置和速度的场景，如机床、印刷机、自动化生产线等。

动态响应不同：伺服电机具有更高的响应速度和控制精度，能够实现更的位置和速度控制，动态性能更加；而变频电机动态响应相对较慢，控制精度较低。
