MVI56-GSC
MVI56-GSC为节能,采用变频器堆渣浆泵进行调速控制,只需将阀门开到大,管网的阻尼小。用渣浆池的液位信号进行自动控制,调节变频器的频率。目前,液位控制经常使用的传感器有两种,一种是用压力传感器经变送器将渣浆池液体深度信号转换成4~20mA模拟液位信号;另一种是用液位继电器,液位继电器有高、中、低三个接点,对应渣浆池中的高、中、低三点液位。前者的价格较高,可控制液面在某一高度;后者价格便宜,只能控制渣浆池中的液面在高、中、低之间变化。为节省成本,选液位继电器作为液位传感器,完全能满足生产工艺要求。
