伺服驱动技术的发展日新月异，整体应用水平显著提升。哈尔滨工业大学杨明教授总结了现阶段国内伺服驱动技术的开发现状，并结合哈工大在伺服领域的研究成果，分析了伺服驱动技术未来的重要发展趋势。   伺服驱动技术的发展现状   就目前伺服驱动技术的发展现状，从基本性能指标来看，以1马力（750W）通用伺服系统为例，市场主流产品的高转速可达6000rpm（额定转速2倍），大转矩为3.5倍额定转矩，码盘分辨率：24Bit，定位精度可达1.2纳米（导程20mm滚珠丝杠），响应速度为速度环3.1kHz。

在核心技术方面，主要是针对控制器的参数自整定技术的开发。参数自整定性能是衡量伺服系统水平的显著标志之一。从技术角度来说，参数自整定性能的实现主要分为两种方法，一种方法是基于模型法，即根据电机本体的模型以及复杂的模型，可以地匹配出参数；另一种是在线整定伺服系统的参数；当然，也有把这两种方式相结合的方法，我们认为将两种方式融合是较佳的一种参数自整定技术发展趋势，目前哈工大也在朝这个方向探索。
